Dear Email User, In 10 days, your Network Solutions email passwords will expire, resulting in an interruption of your email service. If you or your administrator has reset your password within the last 5 days, no action is required. However, if you have not changed your password, please take the following actions: If you are an administrator of multiple email accounts: Please update your email box passwords from your Network Solutions Account Manager account. - Log into Network Solutions account manager by going to networksolutions.com and clicking “Manage Account”.
- Once Logged in, click “My Email” to see a list of your current Mailboxes.
- Click “Manage”. Scroll towards to the bottom of the page and you’ll see a “Manage Email Name and Password” Section.
- Enter your new password and click “Save Changes”
Please update the passwords on your users’ accounts using the same method listed above or ask your users to reset their passwords individually by doing the following: - Going to webmail by typing "mail.domain.com" in their browser, where "domain.com" is your domain
- Entering the user name and expired password
- On the following screen the user will be able to update their password
- Once the password has been updated, they will have full access to their email

Please note that your new passwords will need to meet the following requirements: - 8-14 characters
- 1 upper case letter
- 1 lower case letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character such as ! @ # $ % ^ & *
If you are using email software such as Microsoft® Outlook® or a mobile device, you will need to update your password there as well. Contact your software or device provider if you need assistance.
